Terms and Conditions
Eligibility and Application
1. Primary applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government ID.
2. All applicants are subject to a background and credit check.
3. A non-refundable application fee is required for processing the rental application.
Rental Agreement
1. The standard stay term is 11 months, with options for shorter or longer terms upon agreement.
2. The lease agreement will specify which utilities (e.g., water, gas, electricity) are included in the rent.
3. Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for any utilities and services not included in the rent.
Rent and Payment
1. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a late penalty applied after the 5th of every month.
2. The deposit will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection at the end of the lease.
Property Use and Maintenance
1. The property must be used for residential purposes only.
2. Tenants must keep the property clean and in good condition.
Rules and Regulations
1. Subletting or assigning the lease is not allowed without prior written consent from the company.
2. Tenants must adhere to noise regulations and ensure their conduct does not disturb other residents.
3. Tenants are not allowed to make alterations to the property without written permission from the company.
Termination and Renewal
1. A notice period of 30 days or as mentioned in the rental agreement is required to terminate the lease.
2. Tenants will be notified of rental agreement renewal options and any changes to terms, once they contact the company before the notice period starts.
Liability and Governance
1. The company is not responsible for personal injury or loss of personal property on the premises.
2. The rental agreement is governed by the laws of the state or region where the property is located.
3. Any amendments to the rental agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

1. Tenants should keep their contact information updated with the company.
2. Emergency contact information will be provided.
